These terms strictly govern our 60-Day Results Guarantee and 12-Month Technical Warranty.
1. 12-Month Technical Replacement Warranty
GlowPro offers a limited technical replacement warranty for a duration of 12 months starting from the confirmed date of delivery. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects and internal hardware failures.
A. Core Eligibility Criteria
A customer may conditionally claim a replacement if the GlowPro IPL+ experiences complete power failure, a total failure of the laser system, or if laser shots are completely non-functional upon initial arrival. A free first-time replacement is granted only if all the following conditions are perfectly met:
- The Timeframe Window: The claim must be initiated within the active 12-month period following the verified delivery date.
- Hardware Failures Only: The device must demonstrate verified power issues or non-functional flashes under normal usage parameters.
- Original Retail Packaging: The product box must be preserved and returned in absolute original condition.
- Digital Order Database Verification: Eligibility is determined strictly by our internal system's digital purchase timestamps. The claim must be initiated using the exact, unaltered Order ID, name, email address, and phone number registered in our primary database at the time of checkout. Warranty coverage is strictly non-transferable.
B. Subsequent Claims & Co-Pay Penalties
In alignment with strict hardware management protocols, only the first replacement device is processed free of charge. If a replacement device experiences issues, any secondary or subsequent replacement request within the 12-month period is subject to a 40% co-pay fee calculated against the total original retail value of the product.
2. 60-Day Results Guarantee & Refund Policy
Our 60-Day Results Guarantee is structurally isolated from basic change-of-mind returns and is strictly reserved for users who fulfill the comprehensive clinical treatment regimen for the GlowPro IPL+.
A. The 2-Month Continuous Usage Mandate
Hair reduction requires synchronized alignment with biological growth cycles. In accordance with clinical standards, any claim stating that the GlowPro IPL+ failed to reduce or remove hair in less than two full months will be summarily rejected without evaluation. Customers are required to use the device continuously and uninterruptedly twice a week for a minimum of two full months (60 days) before any results-based evaluation can occur. Our team verifies compliance using our internal database tracking, which correlates the exact delivery date to the day the automated digital claim is submitted.
B. Flash Counter Auditing
Every GlowPro IPL+ features an internal digital counter to track usage authenticity.
- To protect against fraudulent claims where a device was never used, the device must show a flash depletion sequence matching a standard 60-day multi-zone treatment plan.
- Conversely, if the device has been excessively depleted or shared, resulting in an unauthorized reduction of internal flashes below safety thresholds, an extra 5% structural usage penalty will be deducted from any conditionally approved refund amount.
C. Mandatory Financial Deductions & Restocking Fees
No financial refund under the 60-Day Guarantee is issued at full face value. If a return is provisionally approved, the final payout is subjected to the following automatic administrative deductions:

Crucial Financial Note: Payment processors do not refund transactions fees to us, therefore an automatic 8% payment gateway deduction is levied instantly on any approved financial return, regardless of the core reason.
3. Precautions, Medical Disclaimers & Automatic Voids
Operational safety is the sole responsibility of the end user. Failure to precisely adhere to the clinical instructions outlined below automatically voids both the 12-Month Technical Warranty and the 60-Day Results Guarantee.
A. Dermatological & Physical Prohibitions
- Active Skin Conditions: The device must not be operated on skin areas experiencing active allergies, open wounds, irritation, or localized flare-ups. Usage must be suspended entirely until the skin is fully healed.
- Facial Restrictions: Do not use the device on faces experiencing active acne breakout cycles.
- Post-Treatment Care: Users must apply intensive moisturizers or pure aloe vera gel to the treated areas exactly 15 minutes post-session. Failure to observe this recovery period voids skin safety claims.
- Pregnancy Contraindications: Use of the device is strictly prohibited on the abdominal area, pelvic zone, or any sensitive anatomical parts during pregnancy.
B. The Mandatory 2-Week Calibration Testing Phase
When initiating treatment, users are legally mandated to begin exclusively at the lowest intensity level to baseline skin tolerance and prevent epidermal burns. The first two consecutive weeks of ownership must be treated strictly as a low-intensity testing phase to monitor cellular responses.
Intensity levels may only be adjusted upward if the skin shows zero underlying signs of redness, irritation, or inflammation. Any claim filed on the basis of skin irritation, superficial burns, or discomfort will be denied on the grounds of user negligence if the user cannot provide logged proof of completing the mandatory 14-day low-level testing phase.
C. Directives on Instruction Manuals & Professional Consultation
Users are required to read the official instruction manual in its entirety before powering on the device hardware. Customers suffering from underlying severe allergies or systemic skin disorders must consult a licensed medical doctor or authorized expert prior to exposure.
4. Administrative Claim Submission Protocol
To officially log a claim under either policy, the customer must fully complete the digital Warranty & Guarantee Claim Form. The submission must flawlessly include:
- The customer’s legal full name and corresponding account email address used during original checkout.
- A valid, active phone number perfectly matching the digital order documentation.
- The original Order ID number matching the internal system records to verify timeline eligibility.
- The specific Claim Classification selected via the drop-down menu.
- A detailed comment outlining the technical diagnostic failure or clinical timeline verification.
Failure to provide matching data points across all fields will result in the automated archiving and permanent closure of the claim file without further corporate review.
