Thank you for choosing GlowPro. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Nationwide Shipments (Pakistan)

  • Delivery Timeline: It will take a minimum of 2–10 working days to deliver the product(s) to your doorstep.

  • Order Processing: Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Variable Shipping Rates: To maintain the highest service standards amidst fluctuating economic conditions, our shipping charges are not fixed.

  • Market Adjustments: Delivery charges may increase or decrease based on current market scenarios, including prevailing petrol prices and courier service adjustments within Pakistan.

2. International Shipments

  • Global Delivery: We are pleased to offer international shipping for our global customers.

  • International Delivery Charges: Due to the high costs of international logistics and varying customs regulations, international delivery charges range from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per product.

  • Policy Flexibility: Please be aware that these charges are subject to change based on international freight rates, fuel surcharges, and the specific destination country's regulations.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by their respective countries.

3. Checkout Transparency

  • The exact shipping fee (National or International) applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you finalize your purchase.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

  • GlowPro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Note for Shopify: International delivery ke liye aap Shopify settings mein "Shipping and Delivery" ke section mein ja kar alag se "International Zone" create kar sakte hain aur wahan yeh rates (10,000-15,000) set kar sakte hain.
